Our approach to cookies
MyVRP is designed with privacy in mind. We only use cookies that are strictly necessary to operate the Platform. We do not use advertising, marketing, or tracking cookies. Our analytics are powered by Vercel Analytics, which is cookieless and privacy-friendly.
1. What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They help websites recognize devices, remember preferences, maintain security, and improve performance. In addition to cookies, we may use similar technologies such as local storage and session tokens.
2. Cookies We Use
A. Essential Cookies (Required)
These cookies are strictly necessary for the Platform to function and cannot be disabled. They are set automatically when you use the Platform and do not require your consent.
These cookies are provided by Supabase, our authentication and database provider, and are used to:
- Maintain your login session
- Authenticate your account securely
- Protect against unauthorized access and fraud
- Remember your session across page visits
Without these cookies, you will not be able to log in or use your account.
B. Analytics (Cookieless)
MyVRP uses Vercel Analytics to understand how visitors use the Platform. Vercel Analytics is cookieless — it does not place any cookies on your device and does not track you across websites. It collects only aggregated, anonymous data such as page views, device type, and general geographic region. No personal information is collected or stored through this service.
3. What We Do NOT Use
MyVRP does not use:
- Advertising or marketing cookies
- Remarketing or retargeting technologies
- Social media tracking pixels (Meta, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Third-party behavioral tracking cookies
- Cookie-based analytics platforms such as Google Analytics
4. AI Services and Chat Features
Certain features of the Platform use artificial intelligence powered by Anthropic. When you interact with AI-powered features, information submitted through those interactions may be processed and stored to generate responses, improve service quality, maintain security, and troubleshoot issues.
Users should not submit sensitive, confidential, or personal information to AI-powered features unless strictly necessary.
5. Third-Party Services
The following third-party providers may set or access cookies or similar technologies in connection with the Platform:
- Supabase — authentication and database services
- Anthropic — AI-powered chat features
- Vercel — hosting and cookieless analytics
- Mapbox — mapping and location services
- Resend — transactional email communications
These providers operate under their own privacy and cookie policies. MyVRP LLC does not control cookies placed directly by third-party providers.
6. Managing Cookies
Since MyVRP only uses essential cookies, disabling cookies through your browser may affect your ability to log in and use the Platform.
Most browsers allow you to manage cookies through their settings:

- Microsoft Edge — Settings → Cookies and Site Permissions

7. Do Not Track Signals
Some browsers transmit "Do Not Track" signals. Because there is currently no universally accepted standard governing such signals, the Platform may not respond to Do Not Track requests. However, since MyVRP does not use tracking or advertising cookies, your privacy is protected regardless.
8. Data Retention
Essential session cookies expire when you close your browser or log out of your account. Authentication tokens may persist for a longer period to keep you logged in between sessions, consistent with our data retention practices described in our Privacy Policy.
9. Changes to This Policy
MyVRP LLC may update this Cookie Policy from time to time. Any updates will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Platform after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Cookie Policy.
