Acceptable Use Policy

Users may not use the Platform to:

• Violate any applicable law, regulation, or governmental requirement.
• Engage in fraud, deception, or misrepresentation.
• Promote illegal activities.
• Harass, threaten, abuse, or intimidate others.
• Impersonate another person or business.
• Interfere with the operation or security of the Platform.
• Circumvent Platform restrictions or access controls.
• Upload malicious software, viruses, malware, or harmful code.
• Engage in unauthorized data scraping, harvesting, or automated collection of information.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or networks.

Hosts are solely responsible for ensuring that all listings and content are accurate and lawful.

Users may not:

• Create fake property listings.
• Advertise properties they do not own, manage, or have authorization to market.
• Misrepresent property features, amenities, location, pricing, availability, or occupancy limits.
• Publish misleading, deceptive, or fraudulent information.
• Use bait-and-switch pricing practices.
• Display inaccurate contact information.

MyVRP reserves the right to remove listings that appear misleading, inaccurate, fraudulent, or otherwise harmful to users.

Users may not upload, publish, or distribute content that infringes the intellectual property rights of others, including:

• Copyrighted photographs.
• Videos.
• Logos.
• Trademarks.
• Property descriptions.
• Marketing materials.
• Floor plans.
• Other protected content.

Users represent and warrant that they own or have permission to use all content submitted to the Platform. MyVRP may remove content that is alleged or determined to infringe intellectual property rights. For more information, please refer to our Copyright Policy.

Users may not upload or publish content that:

• Is false, misleading, or deceptive.
• Is defamatory or libelous.
• Is obscene or unlawful.
• Promotes violence or criminal activity.
• Promotes discrimination, hatred, or harassment.
• Contains malware or harmful code.
• Violates privacy rights.
• Violates applicable laws or regulations.

MyVRP reserves the right to determine whether content violates this Policy.

Users may not:

• Send spam.
• Send bulk unsolicited messages.
• Use automated systems to generate excessive inquiries.
• Engage in phishing or deceptive communications.
• Collect personal information from users without authorization.

Users may not use the Platform to collect, harvest, scrape, copy, store, or otherwise obtain contact information, business information, listing information, or other data from Hosts, guests, or users for the purpose of:

• Sending unsolicited commercial communications;
• Marketing competing products or services;
• Soliciting business outside the intended use of the Platform;
• Building competing databases, directories, or platforms;
• Contacting users regarding unrelated products, services, or opportunities;
• Circumventing the Platform's intended functionality.

Users may not use automated means, including bots, crawlers, scrapers, data mining tools, or similar technologies, to collect information from the Platform without MyVRP LLC's prior written consent.

MyVRP LLC reserves the right to investigate suspected circumvention activities and may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the Platform for violations of this section.

Users may not use the Platform's AI-powered tools or automated systems to:

• Generate unlawful content.
• Mislead users.
• Impersonate others.
• Circumvent Platform rules.
• Engage in fraud or deceptive practices.
• Generate or distribute spam or mass unsolicited communications.

MyVRP may restrict or suspend access to AI-powered features if misuse is detected.

Users may not:

• Attempt to bypass security measures.
• Probe, scan, or test Platform vulnerabilities without authorization.
• Reverse engineer Platform software.
• Interfere with Platform operations.
• Introduce malicious code or harmful software.

MyVRP LLC reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to:

• Remove content.
• Suspend accounts.
• Restrict access.
• Terminate accounts.
• Investigate suspected violations.
• Cooperate with law enforcement or governmental authorities.
• Take any action deemed necessary to protect the Platform, users, or third parties.

MyVRP may take such actions with or without prior notice.
