MyVRP LLC ("MyVRP") respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of the Platform to do the same. This Copyright Policy explains how copyright owners may report content that they believe infringes their intellectual property rights and how MyVRP responds to such reports.

1. Respect for Intellectual Property

Users may only upload, publish, or display content that they own or have permission to use.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Photographs
  • Videos
  • Property descriptions
  • Logos
  • Floor plans
  • Marketing materials
  • Other copyrighted content

By uploading content to MyVRP, users represent and warrant that they own or possess all necessary rights, licenses, permissions, and authorizations to use and publish such content.

2. DMCA Compliance

MyVRP LLC is an online service provider that hosts content submitted by users. MyVRP LLC does not pre-screen all content uploaded to the Platform and relies on copyright owners to identify potentially infringing material.

MyVRP LLC complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA") and responds to notices of alleged copyright infringement in accordance with applicable law.

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, MyVRP LLC may remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content and take other actions permitted by applicable law.

3. Reporting Copyright Infringement Under the DMCA

If you believe that material available on the Platform infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA notice to MyVRP's designated copyright contact using the procedures described below.

Please submit a written notice containing the following information:

  1. Your full name and contact information (address, telephone number, and email address);
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed;
  3. Identification of the content allegedly infringing your copyright, including the URL or location of the content on MyVRP;
  4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
  5. A statement under penalty of perjury that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner;
  6. Your physical or electronic signature.

Please note that submitting a false or misleading copyright notice may result in account suspension or termination and may expose you to legal liability.

4. Response to Copyright Complaints

Upon receipt of a valid copyright complaint, MyVRP will review the notice within a reasonable time and may:

  • Remove or disable access to the reported content;
  • Request additional information from the parties involved;
  • Notify the user who uploaded the content;
  • Investigate the claim;
  • Take any action deemed appropriate under applicable law.

MyVRP reserves the right to remove content at its discretion while an investigation is pending.

5. Counter Notifications

If content was removed as a result of a copyright complaint and the affected user believes the removal was made in error, the user may submit a written counter-notification containing:

  • The user's name and contact information;
  • Identification of the removed content;
  • A statement explaining why the user believes the content was removed in error;
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that the information provided is accurate;
  • The user's physical or electronic signature.

Counter-notifications must comply with applicable provisions of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). MyVRP LLC reserves the right to restore removed content where appropriate and as permitted by law.

MyVRP may forward the counter-notification to the complaining party and may restore the content if appropriate under applicable law.

6. Repeat Infringers

MyVRP reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts that repeatedly infringe the intellectual property rights of others. Submitting false or misleading copyright claims may also result in account termination.

7. Trademarks

MyVRP respects trademark rights as well as copyrights. If you believe that content on the Platform infringes your trademark rights, please contact us at hello@myvrp.com with details regarding the alleged infringement.
