4. SMS and Text Messaging

If you provide your mobile phone number and opt in by checking the consent checkbox on an inquiry or booking form, you agree to receive automated text messages (SMS) from MyVRP or your Host related to your reservation, including booking confirmations, check-in and check-out instructions, and stay-related communications.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your reservation activity. You may receive multiple messages around your check-in and check-out dates, and occasional messages during your stay.

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. MyVRP is not responsible for charges incurred from your mobile carrier.

Opting Out

You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive a one-time confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again. For help, reply HELP or contact us using the information in Section 16.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of using MyVRP's services.

No Sharing of Mobile Information

We do not share or sell mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in consent collected for text messaging purposes with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information is used solely to facilitate the SMS communications described above and is shared only with service providers, such as Twilio, that help us deliver these messages on our behalf.
